we've submitted apps cause they say we're qualified ,then they say we're denied ,,then I ask so your saying even thou I'm layed off and meet all criteria I'm denied .but I hear that people that are still working get excepted and when president Obama signed ,,it says that for home owners that are layed off more than six months and never missed payments ect. are qualified ,,,I just don't understand! are the american people getting scamed
