Around 3:45pm, Three large boulders along with smaller debris blocked all three lanes for about an hour. Traffic was moving vehicle by vehicle about ten minutes after six pedestrians including Chris moved smaller boulders out of the way to let vehicles pass. ODOT heavy loader came to move boulders out the way about 4:30pm.
