Such is the case for Chef Francisco Alonso Martin-Hinojal and Sommelier Álvaro Ribón who’ve traveled halfway around the world to impart the extraordinary gastronomy and abundant wines of Spain’s Castilla y León region. Meet them Nov. 6-8 at select Market of Choice locations and take part in a fantastic tasting tour of exceptional Spanish cuisine and sought-after wines.

Francisco, a restaurant owner and acclaimed chef, will demonstrate how to prepare both traditional and contemporary cuisine from this celebrated region.
