This is a group of homeless youth that are living for the time on the streets of Eugene. For the most part groups like this one are not from Eugene but travel from town to town hanging out for a while. Most like these will by this time of year have traveled south where it's warmer but some of course stay and a few do make it through the cold Eugene winters.
