Frozen River comes again to Mapleton, OR

I got a call this morning to grab my camera & head down to the river. I was amazed to see that our river was frozen again. I've lived in Mapleton most of my life and this is the 3rd time I've seen it like this. The first time, people were running all the way across the widest part of the river and some people were even skiing on it. Although it's pretty thin right now, if this cold spell continues it will get that thick again. But you won't see me on it!
