Missing/Stolen Dog

Skippers has been missing since December 16th. Someone has him. People have been trying to sell him!! A neutered male Papillon, mostly white with black, 17 months old, approx 15 pounds. He has three scars on his belly from surgeries, one from and umbilical hernia and two from his neuter, (he had an undecended testical). Believed to have been stolen from our home in Coos Bay and sold! Someone could have him and not know he was stolen! He could be anywhere, Please help him come home, he cant stop and ask for directions. (541)404-1124.
