THIS PICTURE WAS TAKEN ON 5/24/07 THE SAILOR WAS TRYING TO ENTER THE JETTY AT NEWPORT AND MISSED THE JETTY AND ENDED UP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE NORTH JETTY.
