Churchill High Schools varsity wrestling demonstrates strength and talent as they beat Thurston for the league championship on Senior Night. Five Churchill Seniors wrestle their final league match at home against rival Thurston. Those seniors are Will Bales, Blake Ellison, Zac Goodman, Kyle Rehberger and Dakota Tollen. A close dual right down to the last two matches, senior Kyle Rehberger avenges a tournament loss to his opponent that night and locked in the Churchill win. WIth a fresh crown, Churchill will host the District Tournament at home in two weeks.
