Churchill varsity basketball gave it all their might but came up just short of beating Marshfield in prep action. This marks the second loss to Marshfield this year and comes a week after an overtime win against Thurston on the court. Churchill will regroup as they head to district play in a couple weeks. The top three finishers of the district contest will qualify for state play.
