Was out on the south side of Roman Nose Mt this weekend and saw a patch of skunk Cabbage.

I just heard on NPR last week Skunk Cabbage is a rare plant indeed, one that can create its own heat! 36 degrees they said; I can't verify that, but suspect it might be right; above the freezing point. So cool, so stinky. What do vegans think?
