From what Ive been told a 12 year old boy poured gasoline over an 8 year old boy then throwing a lighter at him, which cought him on fire. that severely burned him. Including his his lips. Which means he cant say what happened to him. He is now at the burn recovery center in portland. Yet nothing has happened to the 12 year old boy, being told he is still in school acting like nothing happened. With fellow classmates and teachers, who know the 8 year old, crying for the such tragedy that happened to him.

No.. the boy was 11, and the other boy was 9. I dont know the specifics of what happened, but the 11 yr old boy IS in a detention center..
