There were so many booths and so much good food and drink, that attending Chef's Night Out is sort of mind-boggling. So many good things to sample and enjoy!
The first photo shows the friendly chefs working in the booth for the Ambrosia Restaurant, who were serving delicious Italian Cuisine.
The second picture shows the cordial staff from SHARE, the Wine Lounge and Small Plate Bistro inside the Eugene Hilton Hotel. They served perhaps the most succulent beef of the evening, that practically melted in your mouth, it was so tender.
Finally, the third photo is a close-up of the savory Roast Beef fillets that were served up by the student chefs from the MLK Education Center's Culinary Arts program. They were so tender and tasty, that it was impossible to resist asking for a second one.
