Why are the schools losing money , when the oregon lottery is to help the schools , and the roads of Oregon , yet there always need to a TAX added for everything , when the lottery was voted in , this was the main reason ,,was to help the schools and the roads , and according to their percentage , i would like to know what (other) means. for what the lottery is paying out ..
i would like to see the lottery go to the voters , and have the lottery voted out , then what would happen ... hmm
band all gambling in the state of oregon , and
then people would have more money to donate to go to the schools and roads and everyone wont have to worry about , that saying (oh gee that was stupid for me too stop there ,but i felt LUCKY....................................................
