As chairman of the Springfield Jaycees' "Flags For Patriotism" program, I was out VERY early on FLAG Day (June 14th, 2010) posting 100 large American flags ALL over Springfield & Glenwood. When I got home, I quickly completed my own "Flag Day" display : Three 3'x5' Flags (U.S., Betsy Ross, and Oregon) on 8' poles in front of my house, a large 4'x6' American Flag hanging in front of my garage, and the two U.S. "Car Flags" that accompanied my on my e-a-r-l-y morning rounds !!! WHEW !!!
