Highest Flying Flag In Lane County?

I was out for my morning walk and from a couple of miles away I spotted a BIG red balloon flying over the Delta Oaks Shopping Center. I knew that near the end of my walk I'd be passing by there so I decided I'd take a look at see what it was all about. It turns out that it is an "attention-getting balloon" put up by the Fireworks Factory Outlet located in the parking lot between Market Of Choice and Dick's Sporting Goods store. Attached to the balloon's tethering rope is what might be Lane County's highest flying American Flag! I estimate that the Flag is about 100-120 feet up in the air. It might NOT be the highest flying U.S. Flag in the county as there are a few Flags flying from poles atop some of out tallest buildings. And then of course, there are all of those monster construction cranes that are sporting an Old Glory from the tip-top of their booms! Well, at least it's the highest flying Flag in MY neighborhood!
