Probably one of the most unique places to people watch. An exit poll last year found the MOST people came to the fair to people watch. Meaning to folks that come OUT to the fair actually are the entertainment.

Lots of costumes. Wings. Stilts. Body Paint, Wigs. Horns. Camo. Nothing (won't post those pictures)
