At about 2:15am Sunday morning the Celebration Center Church on Sherman Ave in North Bend went up in smoke. All local Fire Departments gave it there all but it was no use. The building was a complete loss in under 10 minutes.

The firefighters kept the OTHER structure (old Roosevelt School) and a number of surrounding trees from burning too, looks like they saved a good portion of the property. Water had to go somewhere.

This was the old Roosevelt School gym (still burning/collapsed), landslide across hwy 101, could be the water used on fire plus old mineshafts/airshafts all along that hillside past old Mongolian grill helped cause the slide....

I know the familys that own and give all there time to this church and to the town of NB. Pray for there family to hold strong in the days to come. thanks God for all the firefighters and there hard work.
